How squared text looks
Squared draws every letter inside an outlined box. Squared Negative uses a solid box with the letter knocked out, which gives a punchy, label-like effect that stands out in a feed.
Where it works
Headlines in a caption, a name in a bio, a section marker in a long post, or a title for a story. Because the letters are large and capital-only, a few words are plenty.
Capitals only
Unicode defines squared forms only for A to Z, so lowercase letters are converted to capitals. Digits and punctuation stay as typed.
Questions about squared text generator
Why are my numbers not in boxes?
There are no squared digits in the Unicode block this style uses, so numbers are left as plain digits.
Is squared text readable?
It is easy to read in short words and tiring in long sentences. Keep it for headings.
Does it paste into games?
Many games accept it in names, though some filter symbols. If yours does, try Bold or Monospace.
